Manzil Terms and Conditions
Introduction
By using Manzil's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions; therefore, we ask you to read these terms carefully before making any reservations or using our services. Your use of Manzil's services is considered acceptance of these terms.
1. Booking and Payment:
101 Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will occur after full payment has been received.
Booking confirmations are sent via text messages or email after the payment is completed.
1.2 Payment Methods:
"Manzil" accepts payment via bank transfer, Mada, and bank transfers only; new payment options may be added in the future.
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Payment Delays with Mada:
"Manzil" reserves the right to request payment via bank transfer if payment with Mada is delayed or not successfully completed on time.
2. Cancellation, Modifications, and Refunds:
1.1 Cancellation Policy:
Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy here.
You must contact "Manzil" through available channels to cancel the booking, and refunds will be processed based on the available cancellation period.
2.1 Booking Modifications:
Any changes to the booking (such as changing dates or extending stay) must be requested 3 days before check-in, and are subject to availability. Fees may be charged for modifications made within 3 days of check-in.
2.3 Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that service fees are non-refundable – except in special cases mentioned here.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
3.1 Check-in:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, early check-in may be possible depending on availability and may incur additional charges.
Upon arrival, guests receive cards, wristbands, or entry codes via text messages.
3.2 Check-out:
Check-out time is 12:00 PM, late check-out may be possible upon request and availability; however, additional charges may apply.
Guests must leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition; any damages or excessive mess will incur additional cleaning charges on the customer's next booking.
4. Guest Behavior and Responsibilities:
4.1 House Rules:
All guests must adhere to the house rules displayed in the unit. Violating these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet hours start from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; excessive noise and illegal activities are absolutely prohibited.
4.2 Property Damage:
The guest is responsible for any damages to the unit or its contents during their stay. "Manzil" reserves the right to collect costs for repairs and replacements.
4.3 Cleanliness:
Guests are expected to keep shared areas such as bathrooms and kitchens clean. Cleaning services are available according to our standards, but guests must contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the unit.
5. Use of Facilities:
5.1 Shared Facilities:
Guests may have access to shared facilities such as the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and common areas.
Any misuse of or damage to shared facilities will lead to charges, and "Manzil" reserves the right to restrict access to facilities in case of rule violations.
5.2 Wi-Fi and Television Services:
Free Wi-Fi and other services are available in all Manzil accommodations, and "Manzil" is not responsible for any temporary service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
6. Safety and Security:
6.1 Key Access:
Each guest receives a card, wristband, or entry code for their assigned unit, and the guest is responsible for keeping their belongings secure.
Loss or damage of the card or wristband will incur a replacement fee.
6.2 Personal Belongings:
"Manzil" is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings, and we advise guests to use the provided secure lockers to keep valuables safe.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
7.1 Data Collection:
"Manzil" collects personal information such as name, contact information, and payment information for booking processing purposes and to improve guest experience.
"Manzil" may use Internet of Things (IoT) technology to gather additional data about guests' physical behavior.
7.2 Data Usage:
Guest data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for payment processing.

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 General Liability:
"Manzil" is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by guests during their stay unless caused by our negligence.

"Manzil" may provide information about external services such as tours, transportation, or other activities, but "Manzil" is not responsible for any issues arising from these services.
9. Termination of Stay:
9.1 Violation of Terms:
"Manzil" reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if they do not comply with the terms and conditions or house rules.
9.2 Force Majeure:
"Manzil" may cancel or terminate a booking in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or government actions without liability. A full refund for the remaining days will be provided in these cases.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

10.2 Dispute Resolution:

48 hours of continued use of "Manzil" services after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the modified terms.
