Cancellation Policy for Booking at Home
Introduction
At "Manzil", we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, and we understand that circumstances may change,
Therefore, we have created a cancellation policy that we hope is fair and clear. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Guest Cancellation:
1.1 Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Full refund, including service fees.
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation (provided it is at least 3 days before the check-in date), the guest will receive a 100% refund.
1.2 Cancellation within 3 days of check-in:
75% refund of the total booking value (excluding service fees).
Cancellations made 2 to 3 days before check-in will incur a 25% deduction from the total booking value.
1.3 Cancellation within 1-2 days of check-in:
50% refund of the total booking value (excluding service fees).
Cancellations made within 1 to 2 days before check-in will incur a 50% deduction from the total booking value.
1.4 Cancellation less than 24 hours before check-in:
No refund.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the check-in time will result in the loss of the entire amount.
1.5 Early check-out after check-in:
Guests who choose to depart before the end of their booking period will not be refunded for the remaining days.
2. Cancellation by "Manzil"
2.1 Force Majeure:
"Manzil" reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
In this case, the guest will receive a full refund.
2.2 Violation of house rules:
If the guest violates the house rules, safety protocols, or any terms mentioned in the contract, "Manzil" has the right to cancel the booking without refund.
2.3 Maintenance or safety issues:
If unexpected maintenance or safety issues arise in the unit prior to the guest's check-in, "Manzil" may cancel the booking and provide an alternative unit (if available) or refund for the remaining days in the contract.
3. Refund processing time:
3.1 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation approval date.
3.2 Service fees and administrative charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Booking modifications:
4.1 Changing dates:
If the guest wishes to change the booking dates, they can do so up to 3 days before the check-in date without fees, subject to availability.
Modifications made within 1 to 3 days of check-in will incur a 10% fee of the total booking value.
4.2 Extending the stay:
If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they can do so subject to availability. Additional nights will be charged at the current price at the time of extension.
5. No-show policy:
5.1 If the guest does not arrive on the confirmed arrival date without notifying "Manzil" in advance, the booking is considered a "no-show".
5.2 No refunds will be issued for no-show cases.
6. Special cancellation cases:
6.1 Medical emergencies:
Guests who can provide documentation proving a medical condition preventing them from completing the booking may receive a full or partial refund at "Manzil"'s discretion.
6.2 Travel or visa restrictions:
If the guest is unable to travel due to sudden government restrictions, visa issues, or unforeseen travel bans, they must provide documentation to "Manzil". Refunds will be issued based on the case.
