Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by "Manzil", you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any bookings or using our services. Your use of "Manzil" services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
1. Accommodation Facilities
1.1 Provided Amenities
- "Manzil" will provide bunk beds, shared kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, and washing machine.
- The residential unit and services provided will comply with local laws and regulations.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed after at least the first installment payment has been received (if paying in installments) or after full payment.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email once payment is completed.
2.2 Payment Methods
- "Manzil" accepts payments through bank transfer (which must be confirmed from our side), Mada, and Visa. Additional payment options may be introduced over time.
- All prices are quoted in SAR (Saudi Riyals) unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payment Delays
- "Manzil" reserves the right to request payment via bank transfer if Mada or Visa payment processing is delayed or fails to complete on time.
3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy here.
- Cancellations must be communicated to "Manzil" through the provided channels. Any refunds will be processed based on the cancellation window you fall under.
3.2 Modifications to Reservations
- Changes to bookings (such as adjusting dates or extending the stay) must be requested at least 3 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Charges may apply for modifications made within 3 days of check-in.
3.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that service fees are non-refundable.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM. A different check-in time may be possible based on availability and will incur an additional charge.
4.2 Check-out
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-outs may be possible upon request and are subject to availability. Extra charges may apply.
- All guests must leave the unit in a reasonably clean and orderly state. Any damages or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees in the next reservation.
5. Guest Obligations and Responsibilities
5.1 Payment Obligations
- Pay rents and additional service fees on time, with payment to be made within no more than five (5) days from the invoice date.
5.2 Occupancy Rules
- The customer is responsible for their workers and the number agreed upon without any increase or decrease in the number, unless they notify the First Party in writing of any changes in the number of occupants using the marketplace.
- Refrain from using the unit for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5.3 Property Care
- Use the housing unit in accordance with the terms and instructions provided.
- Refrain from making any modifications or changes to the unit without prior written approval from "Manzil".
- Bear responsibility for any damages resulting from misuse.
5.4 Liability Limitations
- The first party holds no responsibility for disputes, theft, harassment, or other incidents occurring between individuals benefiting from the services provided by the first party.
6. House Rules and Conduct
6.1 House Rules
- All guests must adhere to the house rules displayed within the unit. Violations of these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, disturbance, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
6.2 Damage to Property
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the unit or its contents during their stay. "Manzil" reserves the right to charge guests for repair or replacement costs.
6.3 Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Guests must maintain cleanliness in shared spaces including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and corridors. While we provide cleaning services according to our standards, guests are expected to contribute to keeping the unit tidy throughout their stay.
7. Use of Facilities
7.1 Shared Amenities
- Guests may have access to shared amenities such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry area, and common areas.
- Misuse or damage to shared amenities will result in charges, and "Manzil" reserves the right to restrict access to amenities if rules are violated.
7.2 Wi-Fi and TV Services:
- Free Wi-Fi and other services are provided. However, "Manzil" is not responsible for any temporary disruptions in service due to factors beyond our control.
8. Safety and Security
8.1 Personal Belongings
- "Manzil" is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items. We advise all guests to use the provided locked wardrobes for securing valuables.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection
- "Manzil" collects personal information, such as name, contact details, and payment information, for the purpose of processing bookings and enhancing guest experiences.
- "Manzil" might use Internet of Things (IoT) technology to collect data on the physical behavior of its residents.
9.2 Data Usage
- Guest data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or for processing payments.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 General Liability
- "Manzil" will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests during their stay unless such loss or damage is due to our negligence.
10.2 External Services
- "Manzil" may provide information on third-party services such as tours, transportation, or other activities. However, "Manzil" is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
11. Asset Damage Fees & Conditions
11.1 Replacement Policy
- We do not replace or repair any asset unless compensation is paid.
- If the asset can be repaired, we will fix it upon request and issue an invoice with a 15% service fee for reimbursement.
11.2 Damage Fees
- In case of damage to any of the following items, the corresponding fee will be charged:

11.3 Fee Adjustments
- Fees are based on the cost of repair or replacement. "Manzil" reserves the right to adjust pricing based on inspection.
12. Termination of Stay
12.1 Violation of Terms
- "Manzil" reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or house rules.
12.2 Force Majeure
- "Manzil" may cancel or terminate a booking in the event of force majeure situations, such as natural disasters or governmental actions, without liability. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through negotiation. If a mutual resolution is not achieved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
14.1 Modifications
- "Manzil" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
14.2 Acceptance
- 48 hours of continued use of "Manzil" services after modifications are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
